Documents that are not accepted for verification

In the article "Verification in @AnyCashBot", we have indicated the documents that can be used for confirming your identity. Below is a list of documents that are not accepted for verification.

1️⃣ Screenshots of documents.

2️⃣ Documents processed in graphics editors.

Screenshots and documents processed in graphics editors are not accepted, as personal information on such documents may be forged.

3️⃣ Documents photo of which does not show all the necessary information (personal photo, date of birth, etc.).

4️⃣ Document without photo.

If some necessary information is not visible in the photo or if the necessary information is missing at all, then such documents will be rejected. To identify you as a real person, all document data in the photo must be clearly visible, without watermarks.

5️⃣ Expired documents.

If your document is no longer valid, it will not be accepted for verification. The document can be verified if at least 1 month remains before its expiration date. Otherwise, you can upload another document that proves your identity, or update an expired document and upload an updated document.
