Withdrawals from @AnyCashBot
You can withdraw funds from @AnyCashBot in two ways: directly from the balance of the desired currency and by withdrawing funds from any other available balance.
Option 1. Withdrawal of the relevant balance currency
For example, we will show how to withdraw hryvnia from UAH balance.
1) 💼 Wallet section → 📤 Withdraw → Currency UAH → Balance UAH.
After selecting the balance, you can read the information about the minimum and maximum withdrawal amount, the available daily limit and fee.
2) Enter the amount you want to get in UAH. The withdrawal amount should not exceed the daily limit.
3) Enter the data of the payment system (card or wallet) or choose from the list.
4) After confirming the operation, the transaction is sent for processing. Usually funds can be transferred within a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
Option 2. Withdrawal of funds by sending them from another available balance
Example: you have funds on the USD balance, but you want to receive them in UAH.
1) 💼 Wallet section → 📤 Withdraw.
2) Select the currency you want to receive (UAH).
3) Select the balance from which you want to make a withdrawal (USD).
After choosing the balance, you can read the information about the minimum and maximum amount of withdrawal, the available daily limit, the fee, as well as the rate at which the USD will be exchanged into the UAH.
4) Enter the amount of funds you want to get in UAH. The withdrawal amount should not exceed the daily limit.
5) Enter the data of the payment system (card or wallet) or choose from the list.
6) After confirming the operation, the transaction is sent for processing. Funds can be transferred within a few minutes.
This withdrawal method is good for any available balance on which you have funds. That is, you can withdraw even BTC from the USD balance or vice versa (but in this case, the minimum amount for the exchange in the relevant currency should be taken into account).
Cases that may appear when withdrawing funds in this way:
funds have been written off from the USD balance, but the transaction has received the "Error" status (note - it may be a different balance).
If, for example, funds were written off from the USD balance, but an error occurred during the transaction to the card or wallet, the funds will be returned to the UAH balance in @AnyCashBot. Since the exchange of USD into UAH (for example) has already been done, the funds will be credited to the balance of the currency you wanted to receive.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is different for fiat funds and cryptocurrencies. In addition, the minimum indicator for withdrawal depends on the selected payment method.
Some payment systems also have a withdrawal fee. In this case, when transferring funds, not only the specified amount will be withdrawn from the balance, but also a certain percentage (if there is a withdrawal fee). You can find the information about fees in the 🔎 Info section → 🗳 Fees → Deposit / Withdrawal. In this section, it is enough to choose the currency regarding which you want to view the information about the fee.
The maximum withdrawal amount depends on:
1) Daily limit. The withdrawal limit amount depends on what exactly you have verified.
2) What is left on the balance (in case that it does not exceed the daily limit). If, for example, the remaining daily limit is 500 USD, and there is 250 USD on the balance, then you can withdraw the entire amount at once. If during the same day you have another 300 USD on your balance, then by the end of the day you can withdraw only 250 USD (as the remaining limit) or withdraw the entire amount the next day.
